Work great, doesn’t leave any white residue the day of use or day(s) after. I haven’t used it for braiding as of yet. I have only used it to lay down my edges/baby hair. This product doesn’t get hard or crusty. It stays firm. I was surprised that there was no residue the next day. My edges were still mostly in place the next day and I didn’t even wrap my hair up. They weren’t all the way intact which was to be expected but I was thinking none of it would be being I didn’t tie my hair down.

This is the best braiding gel I have used and is now my go to. If you are doing a protective style and appreciate some extra hold this is it and it doesn’t flake. Also great as you are blending in your hair – smoothed the strands out with the thick consistency and hold. A little goes a long way. Give yourself some grace trying to figure out the right amount for each of your braids. You may think you need a lot, but you won’t.

This is the best braiding gel ( feels like jam) out there today. It don’t turn your hair white and holds hair in place and leaves it looking very neat just like the jar says “Neatbraid”
